I have been adding, calculating and measuring all my food. I have been writing EVERYTHING down and trying real hard! For my lunches I have been taking Weight Watcher frozen dinners or making salads. When I come home from work I am... STARVED but I am trying to either have a healthy snack or hold off until dinner. That saves me a few calories...as this is a bad snacking time for me.
The weekend is coming and I have decided to allow myself to have some wine ( but, I will write it down) and I will get out for one hour of exercise too.
So..it is up to me to continue this great week. I will have good results to post on Monday!!! (I hope)
