Well I did it. One whole week of writing everything down. Following the Weight Watcher plan I was allowed 24 points of food a day. Some days that didn't seem like very much and other days I didn't use up all the points. Writing everything down really did keep me conscious of everything I ate and I knew when it was time to stop. Although I was trying to loose weight without the constraints of keeping track it wasn't working for me. I really think keeping a food diary is a great way to monitor exactly everything you eat and eventually you probably don't have to write everything down because you just know. But until then I will continue for another week writing everything down.
Well here it goes...I said I would have positive results this week so I am keeping my fingers and toes crossed.
