This is day two for my "getting healthier" new effort. I should call it effort #78 or something like that because it seems like I am always picking myself up and starting again with this weight loss adventure. But the great thing is that I am making the effort again. And it always amazes me that I feel rejuvenated and excited each time I make the effort to be healthier.
I am only two days in and I feel better already.
